TKOG Defense Corps™ is a private civilian organization. This center publishes the organizational relationship, authority boundaries, membership terms, privacy standards and policy versions that govern the platform.

Private civilian membership, development, service, training, community-safety and constitutional-accountability organization. Membership creates no governmental authority.
TKOG COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Receives/administers eligible charitable support and nonprofit programs as appropriate. Charitable funds remain distinct from Membership Fees and commercial/vendor payments.
THE BLACK VOTE™ / FUTURE POLITICAL ACTIVITY
TCDC may organize lawful civic education, issue advocacy, constitutional literacy and community priorities consistent with the legal status of the participating entity. Any partisan political party, candidate, election or campaign activity associated with The Black Vote™ must operate through a legally separate political entity with separate governance, funds, compliance and authority. TKOG Defense Corps™ and TKOG CDC are not armed wings of a political party.
