THE NATIONAL MISSION

END POLICE BRUTALITY. PROTECT THE PEOPLE. ORGANIZE NATIONAL COMMUNITY POWER.

TKOG Defense Corps™ exists first to confront and ultimately eliminate police brutality in inner-city communities across America while building permanent community protection, civil-rights advocacy, violence-prevention, leadership, service and civic infrastructure— especially for African American and Hispanic communities that have too often been unheard, unseen, under-protected or left without organized advocacy.

We are building a disciplined national civilian institution capable of showing up, witnessing, documenting, de-escalating, advocating, serving, educating, mentoring, mobilizing and organizing at national scale. The long-term goal is a community-controlled protection and response network people can call, trust and build with—one that complements lawful public safety while holding institutions accountable to the Constitution, civil liberties, due process and human dignity.

THE EIGHT MANDATES

THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPS.

These mandates define what TCDC is building nationally: protection, advocacy, accountability, service, organization, unity, civic power and spiritual transformation.

01

ELIMINATE POLICE BRUTALITY

Build national capacity to confront police brutality, abuse of authority and unconstitutional conduct through Know Your Rights education, lawful observation, policy review, public-records research, trained documentation, complaint navigation, legal referral, due-process advocacy and measurable public accountability.

02

BUILD A PROTECTION & ADVOCACY NETWORK

Create a national support network so crimes, injuries, civil-rights violations and serious safety concerns affecting African American and Hispanic communities are seen, heard, documented, advocated for and routed toward lawful resolution, professional support and justice.

03

ORGANIZE NATIONAL BLACK COMMUNITY POWER

Build a national Black community protection hub: a central institution for defense of rights, advocacy, unity, leadership, mutual aid, disciplined civilian readiness, constitutional education and responsible Second Amendment stewardship. The objective is permanent institutional capacity that helps Black communities organize, protect their interests, develop trained people and stand together lawfully at national scale.

04

CREATE 24/7 COMMUNITY RESPONSE CAPACITY

Build toward a 24/7 dispatch, alert, signal and messaging network through which community members can request trained civilian presence, witnesses, documentation, de-escalation, civil-liberties support, emergency referral and lawful community assistance during traffic stops, police encounters, neighborhood incidents and safety concerns. TCDC does not replace police, fire, EMS, attorneys or licensed professionals; the role is additional organized support, documentation, advocacy, peace-building and lawful community protection.

05

SERVE, STABILIZE & DEVELOP NEIGHBORHOODS

Operate visible community service, cleanup, watch, safety education, youth advocacy, intervention, mentoring, reentry support, emergency preparedness, neighborhood presence, relationship building, recruiting and public education about laws, rights and government.

06

STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS RACE & FAITH

Strengthen Black community power while deliberately building better race and faith relationships with Hispanic, White, Asian, Indian and other communities and with Christians, Muslims, Catholics, Jews, people of other faiths and people of no faith. TCDC seeks principled cooperation around dignity, safety, justice, peace, service, mutual respect and shared community stability.

07

CENTRALIZE NATIONAL BLACK CIVIC & INSTITUTIONAL POWER

Help build a National Black coalition that centralizes community needs, data, leadership, policy priorities, institutions, civic voice and community-protection capacity so Black America can represent itself with greater strength in politics, policy and American public life. TCDC is a private civilian organization. Any partisan political party activity—including any future activity associated with The Black Vote™—must operate through a legally separate political entity; TCDC is not an armed wing of any party.

08

INCLUSIVE VALUES & VOLUNTARY FAITH PARTNERSHIP

TKOG Church™ offers voluntary faith-based support for those interested in learning about Jesus Christ. The Corps’ public mission remains community protection, advocacy and development; Academy admission and community assistance are open to every belief, including no religious affiliation.

THE COMMUNITY RESPONSE STANDARD

When the community signals for help, the institution must be able to answer.

TCDC is building connected dispatch, alerting, case-routing, community service, constitutional education, public-accountability, volunteer, partner and professional-referral systems so a resident concern does not disappear into a form. The long-term standard is continuous national availability: receive the signal, identify the lawful response lane, mobilize appropriate support, document what happened, follow through and measure the outcome through AVA™.

THE LONG-TERM PUBLIC-SAFETY VISION

Become the community’s trusted first call for problems that do not require police powers.

TCDC’s long-term objective is to become a natural, trusted community-led safety institution for prevention, rights education, documentation, de-escalation, advocacy, service, mentoring, neighborhood presence, crisis navigation and non-emergency community response. Success means communities have more lawful options, stronger witnesses, better support and less unnecessary dependence on traditional law enforcement—while emergencies, arrests, criminal investigations and other governmental powers remain with the lawful authorities responsible for them.

COMMUNITY DIGNITY. LAWFUL SERVICE. A FREE STATE.

TCDC is a private civilian organization. Membership creates no police, military, governmental, arrest, detention or investigative authority. The Corps may organize disciplined civilian readiness, responsible firearms-safety education, lawful self-defense training through qualified instructors, community presence, de-escalation, documentation, advocacy and service. It does not create a private army with governmental powers, an armed political wing, vigilante authority or permission to confront others unlawfully.
