COMMUNITY PROTECTION • ACCOUNTABILITY

PROTECT

Confront police brutality. Protect neighbors, rights, due process and public trust.

PROTECT builds organized community support around police encounters, civil-rights concerns, neighborhood safety and violence prevention through lawful civilian presence, trained witnesses, de-escalation, constitutional observation, documentation, public accountability, community watch and professional referral. TCDC membership does not create police authority; regulated or governmental roles require the separate credentials or appointment required by law.
