Identity & age
Verify identity through a controlled process and confirm age 18+. Do not collect identity documents on the public application.
An application is a request for consideration. Acceptance into the Academy follows qualification review. Cadets train toward graduation; graduates undergo final membership review before membership dues become available.
Applying does not create membership, Academy enrollment, a leadership appointment, or a recurring charge. The published $50/month or $500/year membership options apply only after graduation and final membership acceptance. Any Academy tuition must be separately established, disclosed, and accepted; no tuition amount is established here.

An authorized instructor verifies completion of the required Academy curriculum and attendance standard for the cohort.
Authorized instructors verify the applicable knowledge and practical standards. Any role-specific activity requires the appropriate qualifications and accommodations review.
Verify the cohort’s published service requirements, conduct standing, and unresolved concerns through individual review.
Record the authorized graduation decision and completion evidence. An individual course certificate alone is not automatically treated as full Academy graduation.
Cohort attendance thresholds, assessment scores, service-hour requirements, fitness standards, and any specialist prerequisites must be published by the Academy before they are used to judge completion. These values are not invented or silently assigned by AVA.
After verified graduation, final membership acceptance is a separate Founder-authorized decision. Only then does the membership activation pathway open. Existing members’ subscriptions are not cancelled or repriced by this workflow.
AVA tracks each qualification, its review status, evidence reference, reviewer, date, and outstanding requirements. It identifies administrative gaps without automatically accepting or rejecting applicants.
Academy admission, cadet enrollment, graduation, and membership acceptance each require the appropriate preceding stage and an authorized, documented decision.
Support and accommodation requests receive individual review. Do not place medical records, identity documents, detailed background reports, or privileged legal information in application notes.
Life insurance and personal legal-services access remain part of Member Protection & Readiness™. Mandatory purchase enforcement remains pending the previously identified policy and provider approvals and does not determine Academy admission here.
